We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery for eligible items.

To start a return, email margotkisidorg3@hotmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will reply with the next steps and the return address when the request is approved.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible. Items that have been installed, damaged, altered, or returned without approval might not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider might need additional time to post the refund.
